1. ELIGIBILITY: The EXPELLED CHALLENGE, (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and the District of Columbia and who are 14 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees and directors of Motive Entertainment, ("Sponsor”); those responsible for the development, promotion, distribution and implementation of this promotion, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and printing suppliers for this Promotion, and the immediate family members (parents, siblings, children & spouse), regardless of where they live, or persons living in the same household, whether related or not, of such employers and directors are ineligible. By participating you (and if your are a minor in your state of residence, your parent/legal guardian) agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Motive Entertainment, and/or Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects.

2. HOW TO PLAY: Enter online at: www.GetExpelled.com between the contest dates specified on the website. You must register to become eligible by May 5, 2008.  Limit one entry per person. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated number of online entries by using multiple/different names, addresses, or any other methods will void all of that person’s entries and that person will be disqualified. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Illegible/incomplete entries are void. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, incomplete entries or postage due mail. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. EXPELLED CHALLENGE starts on or about 4/18/2008 when EXPELLED: No Intelligence Allowed (movie) opens in theaters. A day shall be defined as beginning 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) and ending the following 11:59:59 p.m. PST. During the Promotion Period log on to www.GetExpelled.com and enter your information. You will be asked to provide your email address, telephone number, address, city of residence, state, zip code, and First and Last name, and possibly other information. Once complete, click the "submit" button. Donation will be given to the winner who collects the most ticket stubs during the contest period. The EXPELLED CHALLENGE computer is the Official Clock for the Giveaway.

3. WINNER SELECTION: A winner (school or education/homeschool group) will be selected for the $10,000 donation by having the highest amount of Expelled Movie ticket stubs collected during the contest period. Winner must have registered on or before May 5, 2008 to become eligible to win. Winner must have submitted the ticket stubs by the date specified on the contest form to Motive Entertainment. Winner will be notified by email, telephone, or mail and prizes will be sent out within eight weeks of the winners selected at random and being contacted.

4. PRIZES/VALUES/ODDS OF WINNING: Winners do not get to choose which prize they will receive. Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Based on the number of expected participants, the odds of winning are estimated as stated above. Giveaways: Sponsor makes no warranty or representation that the giveaway may be sold, bartered or traded at the stated value. Value at any time may fluctuate depending on market conditions. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prizes will not exceed $10,000.00. If the winner is a minor, he/she must have consent by his/her parent/legal guardian. If winner cannot accept prize as stated the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. Expenses not stated are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred or redeemed for cash, but Sponsor, in its sole discretion may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All Federal, State and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.

5. HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PRIZE: If you win, you will receive a confirmation email containing a confirmation number and/or a representative will contact you via email within two weeks to provide you with information on how to claim your prize.

6. VERIFICATION: All winning emails are subject to verification by Motive Entertainment. Winner may be requested to provide proof such as email including confirmation number. If because of error or for any other reason, there are more prize claims in any prize category than prizes offered in that category as stated in these Official Rules, a random drawing will be held among all eligible claimants in such prize category to award such prizes. Only the prizes stated on the contest form or in these Official Rules are available to be won. Delivery of prize will be sent within two weeks of selecting the random winner(s). Any attempt to defraud Sponsor in any way will result in disqualification of participant; and, such participant may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

7. SECOND CHANCE: If the winning prize is unclaimed, or forfeited they will be awarded in a Second Chance – Runner Up, to be held on or about one month after the official drawing, from the entries received during the specific contest period. Runner Up winner will be defined as the winner who has collected the highest amount of Expelled Movie ticket stubs during the contest period and registered and submitted tickets on or before due dates as stated on the contest page. Delivery of giveaways will be sent Motive Entertainment. No mechanically reproduced entries. Odds of winning depend on number of unclaimed or forfeited prizes and the number of eligible entries received. Limit one entry per person, per household.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: If a winner of any prize is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, winner’s parent/legal guardian who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and winner, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Failure to return documents timely, or if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if any winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Where permitted by law, winners grant to Sponsor (which grant will be confirmed in writing on request of Sponsor) and those acting pursuant to its authority, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising. trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration, and without notice, review and approval. By participating, participants release and agree to hold harmless the Giveaway Entities and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (individually and collectively "Releasees" from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person(s), including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, or participation in any Promotion related activity, or participation in this Promotion.
